FaST action - Buying rainforest

God is FaST

It has recently been suggested to the FaST team that buying areas of rainforest could be a positive step we could make towards protecting our environment. There are many different charities and web sites that allow you to buy or sponsor an area of rainforest. In doing so you will help to protect these areas against deforestation, combat global warming, preserve ecosytems and in some cases even provide jobs for local people. So if you feel that it is something you would like to do as a person, with others or as a small group then here are just a few web sites worth checking out:
